Louisville KY native, Karen Maddox, with one-of-a-kind copper wire works of art added to her repertoire, her art reflects diversity.  An animated style, bold rich colors and inspiring subjects can be experienced.  Annual participation in several local shows, first solo show, IMPROMPTU 2007 Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, Spring 2013 Iroquois Branch of Free Public Library and Unity Church Display Jan. 15-Feb. 19, 2015 are among most recent.  

Art by Karen product line consists of original artwork along with copies and prints of various subjects, mediums and styles.  3-Dimensional “Found Objects”; aluminum sculptures and wire sculptures.  Be it an original sculpture or quality duplicated print, her goal is to make purchase of works accessible for whoever to enjoy so prices commensurate accordingly. 
 
Acknowledging God first (the church as the body of Christ with Jesus as the head), Proverbs 3:5&6:  “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding.  In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths.” are embodied in her art and poetry:
